We currently provide shipping services to customers within specific locations across Melbourne Eastern and Inner-City suburbs. Please note that we currently do not ship outside of these designated areas. Shipping locations can be confirmed at time of check-out.

Please keep in mind that while we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered precisely during this timeframe.

   – For same-day delivery from Monday to Friday, please ensure that you place your order with us before midday (12pm). We’ll make every effort to accommodate same-day delivery requests placed within this timeframe.

   – On Saturdays, we also aim to offer same-day delivery; however, please be aware that this service is not guaranteed due to our business closing at midday on Saturdays. To increase the chances of same-day delivery on a Saturday, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and giving us a call to confirm availability for same-day delivery.

   – While we do our best to meet your delivery requests, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that could affect our ability to fulfill same-day delivery. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible.
