Yes, we offer same-day delivery Monday – Saturday, for orders placed before 12pm midday, Melbourne time.

Ordering is easy online – simply browse our website, add your selected choices to your cart, proceed to checkout, and provide the necessary details to complete your purchase. If you have any issues or questions, please give us a call between business hours and we’d be happy to help.

We offer customisation options for many of our floral arrangements including colour palette, sizing and presentation. We also offer space during the ordering process to include an optional note for your florist, who will do their very best to meet your requirements.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Refunds or cancellations may be subject to certain conditions depending on the stage of order preparation or delivery.

Absolutely! During the ordering process you can write a card message for your recipient, which we will include with your delivery.

We currently only deliver across Melbourne eastern suburbs, CBD and inner-city suburbs.

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your requested timeframe. During the ordering process you can select whether AM or PM suits better for delivery.

Our workshop is based in the eastern Melbourne suburb of Croydon, however as our team are kept busy creating beautiful flower arrangements, we currently only offer delivery, not pick-up.
